After a little fitting it all went together well.

The stock is heavy and low. Great for the bead but hard to line up with the optic. This is the only shotgun I have with a red dot. Not sure I liked it before this upgrade. I really prefer a bead as its more natural for me but wanted to try a red dot a bit to gave it a fair try.

I may try a higher cheek insert and see before I scrap the sight

I know what you mean Mike. I like big fat beads and I will not lie.

Fat beads are fast to acquisition with. I put the fattest bead available on my 500. .175" diameter.

The stock and handguard looks great. I haven't been able to find a cheap affordable used magpul stock so I'm still rocking the original stock, but I am using a magpul forend on my beater 500 I take to the cabin with me. The magpul handguard has grown on me.

Superb upgrades. Me like. A lot.

Well, the red dot not so much, but the rest looks just fantastic.

And I learned a new word this morning. Grink. :)

I received my cover from Magpul last night.

Great customer service!!
