I purchased a Mesa Tactical Polymer Carrier directly from them and few months ago. These carriers use a dual rubber friction system to hold the shells firmly in place and it comes with two sets but after an easy installation the two shells on both ends were too tight making it difficult do a tactical reload so I installed the 2nd set of friction bands which didn`t work either so I contacted Mesa Tactical with my issues and they quickly sent me out some other friction bands which fixed my problem. Two thumbs up for a quality part and excellent customer service!
