Mossberg MMR Stock

I have the Mossberg MMR tactical w/ sights and I'm looking to replace the Stock. In my search for which stock I plan on going with, I ran across some being mil-spec and some being commercial.

Some require a new buffer tube and some can use the existing one.

Can someone verify if the current buffer tube is mil-spec, in which case I can explore those options. If it's not, then I can figure out another route.

Welcome to the forum. They list the gun as being mil-spec, but that means a lot of different things. I can't find anything specific on the buffer tube but you can check it yourself and see.

The buffer tube on my MMR tactical has a MilSpec diameter. I researched and measured, and finally felt confident enough to order a Daniel Defense Buttstock that only comes in MILSPEC. It fits like a glove.
