Read this article in American Rifleman magazine this month. Very ingenious of Mossberg. This model seems to be a great option for many applications. Too bad they couldn’t make a retrofit kit for standard M500 pump guns. I would convert one of mine to be able to get the load flexibility.

I wonder if the trigger group has the same footprint as a standard 590 trigger? Then you could drop a 590S trigger group into a 590.

The article outlines a number of changes to the bolt, trigger group and elevator that might preclude easy retrofitting, IMO. They don't say if the receiver is different...

They had one at our Academy Sports a few weeks ago. $479. Not bad, but I still opted for the 590. Save more money for the other add ons
