I saw a yote about that size on my trailcam the other night.

I really don't like them being around to be honest. Seems like the more you get rid of, the more show up.

We have been tracking the weight, m/f, location, etc. for the past 7 years. One would assume you keep hunting the same spots which we have. Two thing would happen either the # of coyotes would drop or the weights. What we have seen, we average 30-35 a year, average female is 29lbs and avg male is 35 over those 7 years. So we haven’t seem a increase or decrease in the # from year to year and the weight has remained the same. The one from this was avg 27 lbs and was #32 over all for 2020. I believe it’s new packs taking over the territory. Im not a coyote expert or anything like by far, it’s just what I see and feel about my area.
