This is my old '76 Olympian, by RJ Smith. These boats were also built by folks that bought his molds, so there are other Olys out there, sporting other names. This one was customized before I bought it in 1997, by removing the cowl and windshield, and changing seats, motor and controls. This has all changed again over the years. This was in 2004.
Here is it's 4th incarnation, now as an electric boat. Only good in calm water, but scoots quite nicely off the line.
Now it has a deck and 3 more batteries and a 110# marine trolling motor.
Time for some more red paint....
