Rear Mount for Sling

I'd like some suggestions for a sling attachment at the rear of my new Maverick 88 ...I found the gg&g to be very nice but pricey. I am hesitant to drill in the synthetic stock and attach a swivel. What is the best attachment method and location ???? I would like it to work for single point or 2 point slings

I think on a shotgun, if you're ever going to use a single point sling, the receiver end plate is the best bet.
