Vortex Sparc Solar 2 on a 500?

Has anyone tried this combo? Just wondering if there's a drastic change in cheek weld.

PSA has the optic on sale for $90 ($110 with shipping and tax), so I decided to give it a try on a shotgun (I've already got the green dot version on my AR and really like it).

Just wondering if anyone can give me an idea of how the pair works together.

For anyone interested, the optic fits and works well on a 500. So I just bought a second one for my carbine.

That was a good price, but I had zero experience with a dot on any shotgun.

I have no experience with a dot on a shotgun either...but I wanted to try it out. If it didn't work, I've got a carbine that I it will go on.
