  I recently seen a post of your Mossberg 590 with a pistol grip and breacher barrel. I think it had a American flag on it too. Model#50586 ? If so I have one on order at the moment and am wondering if a heat shield will fit on it. Thanks.

    Yes Sir that's the same model I have, the 590 "American" cruiser. This particular model features the 590A1 heavy barrel so standard 500/590 heat shields will not fit properly. However, Mossberg does make a heat shield (part # 16335P) that will fit your barrel.
