Sorry still learning to use this site. Wanted to report back. There are many good accurate rifles one can buy. Using scopes & long distance shooting is new to me 2 years now. I bought the new patriot because i like Mossbergs. After much practice & working on my technique the new Patriot shoots .35 groups very consistantly with hornady 168 grain A-max. Accuracy is excellent anything else not so good. Do not be scared to purchase a patriot if u want accuracy.

Sounds pretty good. A rifle that can shoot 0.35" groups is a good rifle from a good rifleman. Congrats.
