590 technical advice,please.

Hi guys,

I am after a choked 24 inch barrel for my 590.... it would seem to be impossible to find. I have been told that a barrel and magazine from a 500 would fit, instead.

Is this the case?

The legal length for a barrel in UK is 24 inches, so I have a 20 inch barrel with crappy extension, like a shroud, which stops me being able to have it choked.

More practically, does anyone know of a 24 inch plus barrel for a 590?

If your 590 has the 5 shot mag then the 835 barrel will work. If you have the 8 shot mag you can use a 500 mag tube and that would allow you to use all the 500 barrels
