930 waterfowl extension question

So, I purchased a Mossberg 930 waterfowl (28" ported barrel) on Black Friday last year and it's high time I do something with it... I'd like to install a magazine extension, and I'd like it to be long as possible without extending past the muzzle. Neither google or shotgun world have any relevant information so I figured I'd try here. Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Aside from the aesthetics, there is no issue with extending past the muzzle with the tube. We do it in 3-Gun all the time. That said, a Nordic Components +6 should do exactly what you are looking for to keep it just under on a 28" barrel.
