And most of the time, I could've avoided being stuck. I just liked to push my luck with my buddies, who all had 350's and 400 4wd's, so it wasn't like I was really going to be stuck.
But like I said, most of those times, I could've went around the known deep mud holes had I been by myself and the 2 wheel drive would've done everything I ever needed or wanted with the exception of maybe butt hole deep snow.
The only time I know I would need 4x4 mode is when I go ice fishing but I don't do that enough to warrant the expense right now. Esp. as long as my friend has snowmobiles.
As I know from wheeling in trucks, the more you can push through the more stuck you get when you fail.
