GG&G EOTech Lens Cover

GG&G is marketing a lens cover for the EOTech sights...and making them sound much better than they really are. I fell for it thinking the lens covers would be made from some durable materials, they came in today and are made of ABS plastic, and the frame going under the EOTech hood is rubber. It doesn't even fit properly...nowhere in the description does it say it's made from a cheap piece of plastic...

Don't waste your money, this was a major disappointment!

I have one of these covers. Made from ABS as well. Fits perfect though.

Mine must have been made on Friday afternoon! It felt cheap, looked cheap, and when I put it in the hood of the EOTech, it was warped...Not what I expected, they make it sound like it's "engraved" meaning the covers wear made out of metal, not plastic, and it doesn't mention anything about what the internal frame is made out of. I guess I was expecting something more based on the description from the company and the cost.
