How to remove the recoilpad

Hi.
I'm dreaming of filling my synthetic stock with epoxy. But how can i remove the recoilpad on the stock?

There should be two small holes in the pad. Take a phillips screwdriver and push it in the hole and loosen screws.

Can I ask why you want to fill stock with epoxy?

I have recently got a silencer for it, and I need to fill the frontstock with a long rod of aluminium and epoxy, because it bends when I'm shooting with my bipods.
