Yeah, that's an automatic felony charge monk. Along with whatever the charges are for firing a gun multiple times within city limits, unregistered and whatever else they violated.

The obliterated serial number means it's almost certainly stolen at some point too.

She has several sealed cases and me thinks she will get off free of this. Family are judges so there's that. It's communist elitism here in NY especially in the 5 boroughs.
