Mossberg 930 Loading

Does anyone else have issues with getting them thumb stuck between the receiver/mag tube and shell elevator?

I just received my 930 SPX yesterday and while loading to make sure I didn't have a mag tube issue, I noticed that my thumb kept getting lodged in the area. Is the common or am I just doing it wrong.

Its been kinda an issue for some. Its the shape of the forend.

M24 has done some writing on this subject and its in a sticky at the top of the 930 section. I'll take a look for the exact post and link it here in a minute...
