New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham has issued an emergency public health order temporarily suspending the right to carry firearms in public across Albuquerque and surrounding Bernalillo County.

I guess the real test will come after the 30 day order expires. Sounds like the governor is getting no support from the Albuquerque Chief of Police and the Bernalillo County Sherriff. Both have refused to enforce the ban.
So I'm not a lawyer, and I've been drinking... but from a legal standpoint, what exactly would the crime be for failing to comply with this temporary order since it's not an actual law and has no system in place for enforcement or punishment and no one actually gives a crap about it even if it did?
