My daughter has experienced her SA 20 firing when she release the bolt. Her finger was NOT on the trigger. I tried her gun and it did the same thing.
I striped it down fully cleaned it, found nothing broken. I am suspecting the firing pin spring may be too light and is overpowered by the force of the bolt closing, allowing the firing pin to protrude and strike the primer.
Anyone experienced this issue or changed the firing pin spring.
Thanks.
