The Biggest in the USA

Tomorrow Fresno California will host what they claim to be (and which I believe will be) the biggest Veterans Day Parade in the country.

This will be the 98th consecutive year.

Now Fresno is not that big a city. Only a half a million people live in town. Another hundred thousand here in Clovis.

But the farm boys will come from miles and miles around. It's still a big deal to them.

Well this morning's paper claims that it will only be the largest west of the Mississippi.

Perhaps last night's newscast was somewhat optimistic.

But it's only 6 a.m. & it's 50 degrees out. This will be a nice warm day for a parade .

They're going to be lining up down on the Main Street pretty soon.
