Thanks! There is also very slight (maybe 0.01”) play when trying to hand rotate the barrel with the screw tight, and hadn’t seen gaps like this before so wanted to be sure I didn’t need to send for warranty before I put any rounds through it

Hi there, new to the forum just bought a new 500, and wondering if it’s normal to have a 0.03” gap between the barrel and mag tube? Same gap is between the barrel rail and receiver rail. Barrel is flush inside receiver (no gap in there).
