464 lever guns ?

I traded for valentines day 464 made in 2008 this thing made me put the marlin away. I love this gun. Question is, it fells solid not too heavy though but in gander mtn the other day and held a new one and it felt so light almost like a youth rifle. Do they make them with shorter barrels? Did they change them any? Didnt feel like same gun?

As far as I know...the 464 comes with a 20" barrel and the 464 SPX has a 16.25" barrel.

All of them weigh about 6.5 lbs....
