Why is it in shoot 'em up movies, that lying down on the floor keeps the good guy from getting killed? Do they really think that the bad guys hosing down the place with machine guns don't know you're on the floor? And since when will a refrigerator stop anything bigger than a .22? :roll:

Hollywood isn't the only ones with misconceptions,,,just look at the Libs in DC. The biggest being "assault" weapons.

Hollywood is the main reason so many people are misinformed about guns today.

All magazines are unlimited and guns do not need to be reloaded, every shot fired kills someone, all guns are full auto, getting hit will knock you off your feet, guns have no recoil, everyone with a gun is a cop or a bad guy, the "wild west" was nothing but street shootouts and bar brawls, gang bangers have the latest and greatest of high tech weaponry, .....

How about when a bunch of baddies fire a hail of bullets the good guy doesn't get hit but one shot from the good guy puts a baddie down?
