Bought a new 930 and am having trouble disassembling the bolt assy. I have followed the instructions in manual and viewed videos on line. I cannot remove the charging handle to remove the bolt assembly. Looks like it should just pull out but mine seems stuck. Rifle is new out of the box and never been fired by me anyway.

You should be able to yank it out. Be firm.
