One of my Dream handguns... Latest Acquisition!!!

I have been dreaming one day owning this handgun ... Ever since 1996, I have been lusting for a H&K USP 45. And I finally have one. Thanx to my wife for oking the purchase as a Wedding Anniversay present for myself...

Already have 250rds down range. And man she feels good. All I need now is some Trijicon Night Sites and a Viridian X5L and I'm set...

Sweet! Good lookin gun and a fine woman you have!!! Thats one I have been wanting for a long while too, but the Springer 1911 had to be first!

I have had a long time affinity for the HK USP in .45!

she shoots sweet and feels perfect in my hands ... But, I'm really rusty. I havent been going religiously to the range for a long time plus my eyes are shot... I guess thats enough of the excuses...

Get them any tighter and you'll never get the chance to get a shot off. You're shooting looks good. I practice all my shots with a double tap and consider anything in the black to be good shot.

Practice like you'll have to shoot in real life.

By the way, I know you said this was your dream gun but did you look at any other .45's? Before I purchased my 590A1 recently, I narrowed my weapon purchase to either a .45 or a shotgun and the shotgun won this round. But when I was looking at the .45's, I narrowed it down to an HK and an M&P .45. Did you look at anything else?

I picked up @ a 930 spx as well to replace my old 1300 Winchester Defender.

I do have another 45 in mind that I would love to purchase. The ones I like is a Colt / Springfield M1911 or a fully railed SpringField TRP( but I can't buy those new). I liked the SpringField XDm 45 compact because of the match grade stuff it comes with (but I want their 3.8 compact 9mm more... Have to find a NaziVille dealer that will sell me that gun without the Hi-Capacity mags). I really like the XDm stuff because of the match grade stuff they come with.

We'll see how she does at the range again today with my new eyes (getting glasses for the first time in my life).
And next month; I'm taking my HK and my 930spx to a practical / combat run and gun class... We'll see how my phat ass will move around, Lol...
