Kinda wish WalMart would jack the **** out of .22lr prices.

I'm shooting a lot of .22LR, and I've been paying $10/100 for Remington Golden Bullets at Dicks or $18 for Super-X 235's at the local hardware store. Subsonics have been all but unavailable. I haven't had more than 50 in 6 mos.
I was paying about $8/50 for Yellow Jackets and $14/50 for ELYs at the local gun shop (!) and having a hard time finding even that, but things have eased up.
I try to keep 500 to 1000 rounds of .22LR and 100~200 rounds of .30-30, which is all I'm currently shooting.
I was getting 100/bricks of CCI mini-mags through a buddy with an FFL, but they started coming with some heavy waxy lube on them & would not feed well.
I washed one opened box of them off one-by-one with Rem oil so they would feed (they did fine then) & we sent the rest back to CCI.
