Hi everyone! My names Nathan, I'm 20 years old and from western North Carolina. Just purchased my first 26" 12ga Mossberg 500 field gun last week. Only plans I have for it is swapping out the stock, forend, and an 18.5 inch barrel to make for a better home defense gun. Looking forward to becoming an active member of the site!

Congrats on the new weapon, and welcome
I love the wood stocked 500. For years I've wished I could find a take-off hardwood stock set for my 590, cuz' I like the feel of wood on a shotgun. And that M&P9 is a really great pistol. You're definitely off to a very good start!
