Not having the standard mattress setup, I had to come up with a different way to mount the 12 Iron in an easy to reach position. The whole bottom of the bed support is made of molded plastic. I went to Sears hardware and looked for somethig adaptable that would support the project. I found two perfect supports that were flush mount with a two screw configuration to keep them from wobbling.
I mounted them so the weapon would have a nose down attitude and still support the weapon with ease of use. the whole mount takes up very little space and is completely covered by the bed skirt.
