500 Extended Tube on 535?

What do I have to do to get a Mossberg extended tube to work with a cut down 535 barrel? A combat shotgun that ha a vent rib and a extra large chamber is pretty appealing to me already.

The 500/535 can't accept a magazine extension because of the style of the lug. But, the 590/835/930/935 models can.

I have the 835 20" barrel with vent rib and while I can put an extension on it, I haven't done it. Yet. I may some day.
