Well I was slow today at the machine shop, I got stuck working on a long run on the Wire EDM, So I decided that I need to modify a Vang Comp Sling plate to be able to run a single point sling that converts to a two point. Since the original Vang Comp design is for a slot sling attachment, and is a little on the wide side (sticking out). I decided to modify one of there sling mounts to work for a hk style attachment. Here is the modified plate (Top), then Vang Comp on bottom.
Then here is on the gun notice how nicely it tucks in.
