Cover for 590A1 Blackwater Picatinny Rail

The Blackwater edition comes with a Tri-Rail Forend and I would like to keep it on the gun to mount a light on one side. But that bottom rail needs something or it's going to chew you my hand.

Is there a preferred Picatinny Rail cover or ladder for the bottom rail or will any AR cover work?
Not interested in going the grip or Angled Fore Grip route.

I really like the ERGO ladder rail covers...



ERGO LowPro Ladder Rail Covers

They're made of soft rubber and cover up the slots in the rail. Can be cut to fit any length you need. Turns it from cheese grater to comfortable without adding any bulk or distorting the ergos of the forearm itself...

I was thinking that might work mounted in reverse on a shotgun to facilitate the Haught technique.
