I need to paint the rivits.the leg strap is made from US mill. I inch cotton strap and the firesteel loop made from the grenade holder from Veitnam era ammo pouch .As for the knife I just left most of the paint on and cold blued the false edge I also sharpend the false edge I can shave with the main edge .I also blued all the bare metal .it may not be pretty but now it's just not a fighting knife I can skin with it chop etc.and if I had to as a last resort defend and
