What to use to mount pressure switch to forend?

Have a nice light with a pressure switch, but what to use to mount to the forend?

Glue?
Itty bitty screw?
Zip tie?

Or leave it un-mounted?

Not sure what model gun you have but either Ranger Bands or sticky sided Velcro tape should both work.

Regards

Velcro is a good option. It will allow the switch to remain with the light when you disassemble the gun for cleaning/maintenance.

Walter, one issue with Velcro is the quality. Some of the cheap stuff doesn't hold up but the industrial strength made by 3M and a few other manufactures is great. Many of us use it to attach shot cards and they get ripped off without issues over and over. You shouldn't have an issue with the pressure switch.

Good luck!

Another option is the 3M VHB double-sided tape Streamlight includes w/their pressure switches.
Not as thick as Velcro, I've been using it on my rifles for years (and will probably be using it on my new 940 Thunder Ranch when it arrives this week) and have yet to have the tape fail (ie: the switch didn't come off until I physically removed it from the tape). You can get sheets of it off Amazon, then trim to size.
