Google search on Mossberg customer service. Was not looking for a forum, but a way to get parts and this thread came up pretty high in the results: http://mossbergowners.com/forum/index.php?threads/mossberg-customer-service-thread.2247/ That's where I got Joe Zakher's contact info (and satisfaction with what I was looking for).

Hmm... I've never seen this thread until now. I found this site by doing a general search for Mossberg forums. Before I got my 500, I had done something similar for my Marlin 795. I'm a forum junkie, and have been a member of countless forums, covering a wide array of topics, over the years. I love forums.
