Here's mine after a thorough cleaning tonight, pics are too big so linked them. Love this shotty and I need to get rid of the foreend, I can't stand it. 5 years of pounding and it has had zero problems. Still cleans up well. I'm also going to add a 9 shot with compact stock soon.

lol, typed that first post from my phone. Big hands, little touchscreen...
I am HOPING to try and put some rounds through it today before I have to leave for the typical cookout tour. Right now it is misting out, so not too excited with the idea of tramping out into the woods. Might just go to the local indoor range and throw some slugs at paper if it doesn't clear up in time.

So we got to go out and play in the woods for a while today. I got to put a few rounds through her on her virgin voyage. I am putting a viedo together later with what we took with the phone.
Here she is before we shot.
This is what we ended up putting through it.
Remington 2 3/4" 1oz. slugs, 00 Buck
Winchester 2 3/4" 7.5 shot
Remington 3" Magnum 00 Buck
Winchester Rack Master Supreme high velocity 1 1/8oz. rifled slugs
We also plinked a bit with the pistols while we were out there.

Today after putting some shells through her felt great! I really had a good time. Definately am happy with my purchase. Now I am looking forward to getting the membership at the range down the road so we don't have a 1.5 mile hike in and then back out for a safe spot without a crossing trail.
Amazing how much less imposing a 9mm feels after putting some 3" shells through a shotgun!

Sux man, but I know the feelin! I got mine in DE while workin in south Jersey. I was stayin there and couldnt fire it till I got home, and even then it was still a couple more weeks...

I don't think I have a preference yet. I was having too much fun just putting holes in the bottles.
The ghost ing sights were very easy to settle into. Got used to them rather quickly. Had a bit of a bruise on my shoulder the next day, but it was mild. I am really happy with the SG so far. Can't wait to get out with it again.
