Politician thinking: The Colorado shooter got his ammo mail order and therefore that must be evil.

Yup. And everyone with a camera is a child pornographer and everyone with genitals is a whore or a giggalo.

Somehow as a society we've gotten to the point where we like to blame the tools for a shoddy job rather than the carpenter. I don't understand it and I don't accept it.

We need to get back to the days where we punish those that screw up and let everyone else just live their lives.

So true. This goes back to the current ideological divide in the country. You have people that want to blame society and the enviroment criminals grew up in instead of the holding them accountable. Don't blame the shooter in Colorado. Blame the weapon, drum and online ammo purchasing.
