Thats what I was told by the red and black info bar that popped up while I was replying to a thread. What's the deal with this?
I like the new look of the site but just ran into this while posting.
 
It was probably being buffered through the NSA database. Seriously, post it up if it continues. I have never seen that.

Signal 9, eh? From context, I figured you meant "disregard". I googled "Signal 9 disregard", only came up with one state that uses the (police) signal 9 code to mean disregard: Indiana...your state. Across the border in Kentucky, I see the code for "diregard" is Signal 8.

Did you, by any chance, ever serve on a police force in Indiana?
