Dad beats pedophile to death

Ted Nugent said:
I don't like repeat offenders; I like dead offenders.

This quote sums it up for me when it comes to pedophiles.

I've lost a lot, it not all respect for Ted over the years. He also hunts behind high fences on occasion.

He does still say things on occasion that I actually agree with.

I think we're becoming a nation that is becoming addicted to justice by media sound bite. In essence. the facts of the case are almost always slim, but there's never a shortage of emotional hot button rhetoric. This emotional button pushing by means of the Justice system, has become endemic to both Liberal and Conservative politics.

If we'd of bought into the medias emotional, hot button, first reports of the Trayvon Martin shooting, we'd of already lynched Zimmerman and repealed stand your ground laws by now.

He was also charged not too long ago with a wild life offense. I believe he failed to tag his animal or something like that. I'll find the link. It wasn't that long ago.

Here's another where he was illegally baiting deer.

Our justice system is weird. "Legal experts" are wondering why the Dad isn't being charged. If he had used a gun they are saying he would have more legal justification to have killed the guy but the fact that he used his fists they are saying he went to far since he beat the man beyond just stopping the immediate threat. Maybe the "experts" never walked in on the little girl being raped.

From the interview of the dad I read, he really didn't mean to kill the guy and felt terrible. But when he saw what was happening, he lost it as I'm sure any of us would have done. Imajine all of the priest that were outed as pedos in the last few years. Good people with minds that make them do what even they know is wrong. World media allows us to see and hear more bad than ever. Too bad there isn't a good news channel for people to watch. But we know it wouldn't last because people wouldn't watch it if it didn't have death, and violence against our fellow man. What the Hell can we expect in the world.

Better Arm up. And be prepaired. Because even though I know most people are good, the ones who are bad, are really really bad. Sometimes the world just sucks.

What about that guy years ago that waited at a phone booth while the sherriffs escorted his sons karate expert pedophile? He pretended to be on the phone and turned as they all walked by and fired a round into the guys head almost at point blank range. I believe he got a slap on the wrist. They showed the whole thing going down on tv. Here's a link with it all on tape.

Interesting, did not know those things about Ted... Man that just rocked my world! The original thread topic is sad, but the person got what they deserved in the end, I hope the father will not be charged with anything at all.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not slamming Ted. I always loved his music and played Cat Scratch Fever with my band. Watched many of his hunts and his shows on tv and we all make mistakes. Here in Canada it's pretty much the same when dealing with sexual predators. You can get 3 years for break and enter but when people molest or rape someone here, they sometimes get off with fines, probation, 3 months in jail etc. There was a guy here who was a repeat sexual predator named Graham James who molested N.H.L. superstar Theoron Fluery and his cousin several times for years. He was their coach when they played junior hockey. He just received 2 years in prison. He served time before for sexual offenses against young people. Last time he received 3 years.

Yeah, Canada has a slap on the wrist legal system with pedophiles and other criminals too. Graham James should be locked up until he died. Carla Holmolka is another one. Let me change that. I think these serial pedophiles where you have enough eye witnesses should be executed. People like Graham James, Jerry Sandusky (as soon as he's convicted) and those priests should have the gallows be their last sight.

I think it was in NJ where a govenor toured a prision some years ago and asked a pedophile if he was getting treatment. The guy responded that he was sexually attracked to kids and 60 minutes of therapy a week would never change that. He then asked if the gov. was given 60 minutes of therapy a week could they change his sexual orientation.

Yeah - in the earlier story the father basically (in a fit of passion) calculated and executed his son's molester - Charge: Manslaughter. Result- 5 years probation. This poor soul saves his daughter in the act uses hands only, expresses remorse "didn't know the guy was going to die" — he deserves a frigging medal IMHO!!

Well said CM. Yes Karla Homolka should be in there for the rest of her life. They didn't realize how much she played a part in the killings until after they plea dealt with her for a 12 year sentence in return for her testimony. I don't think therapy can help those predators. It's a sickness they have. Just like alcoholism. It's a disease. You can be alcohol free for years but there's always a chance you can have a slip and fall off the wagon. You are never totally cured.

I know myself as a father and probably many of you would of maybe done the same thing. If you see some old pervert fondling your son or daughter, you are not going to go "oh no, i better call the police". Your emotions are going to take over. Maybe incidents like these should send a message that it's time to change the laws?

It's third person self defense of a minor family member in their own home - the father (IMHO, not knowing local laws) had every right to use whatever force was required to stop the threat. Even if the attacker was an invited guest or an employee, business associate - whatever - an attack on a child is an attack on a child, roll in the sex crime and (hopefully) Castle Doctrine and all bets are off - time to protect family and safety of the home.
