"gap" behind my bolt - I'm assuming normal?

I have a 20" 590A1 and I just stripped it down thanks to a Youtube video. I think I got everything back together.
I did, however, notice there's a sizeable gap behind the bolt when the action is closed.
When the action is closed, it looks like this:

It will dry fire, cycle a snap cap, safety works, etc.
But I noticed there's a large gap behind the bolt like this:

Is this normal?

I just looked at my 500A (same receiver same bolt) and it dose NOT have that gap.

I would tear it down again and double check everything.

Keep us posted.

Yup, that's normal.

My 590 and 590A1 have the same gap...
