Just picked up my Mossberg 500 12 gauge. Found this forum while doing a little research and you

guys helped me decide. It came with the 28" barrel and I'm planning to get the security barrel for

it.

We've got a great group of folks here on Mossberg Owners and the atmosphere is very laid back. The only thing we like better than discussing each other's guns is lookin at 'em, so be sure to post up some pics of your 500 and any other firearms you own in the various sub-forums. I have heard they are...I have yet to shoot it. I just got it a few weeks ago in trade for some carpentry work...nice.
