more reasons why I don't like electronic safe locks

There have been several different model safes over the years that have legitimate problems.

Here's a new one that I just found out about today. It's a pretty popular model and apparently is on the approved safe list in California.

There is a reason why I do not own any electronic locking safes.

Electronics have gotten much better over the years but while the technology has improved, the drive for cheaper manufacturing and materials has caused situations just like the one in the video. Someone cut a corner and saved a few cents per unit by not adding a little piece of metal that would prevent that.
