I can't wait to start the upgrading!
Welcome aboard and congrats on the new rifle!
This is my pretty much finished .22. Just got the bipod in the mail today. UTG tactical bipod..$30.00 shipped from amazon and got it in 2 days. red dot site....laser with pressure switch and folding for-grip.
I'm not done painting it yet still trying to think of some ideas to make it look different.
Shot the gun a couple weeks ago and love it...really accurate once I got used to the gun. I keep the iron sights on just so I dont loose them when I'm not shooting.
Does anyone know how you can replace the butt stock?
Nice looking rifle. I like the paint as well
Well happy to report I took my 715t to the range. A couple of miss feeds for each 25 round mag. (using 3 different mags) Once every thing started to get broke in....I had a blast. 1,500 rounds later, 3 cleanings at the range ( every 500 rounds or so) she was running like a champ. Maybe one miss feed per 300 rounds. I was able to get 3 shot groups with the laser at 25 yrds. at 0.289. With the red dot scope at 50 yards the groups were 0.859. Very happy with me new ZOMBIE ELIMINATOR. Also prior to going to the range she got her final paint job.
The ammo used was CCI mini mags 40gr. Great stuff
Pistol Grip is missing some lovin' Bwah hahaha
Great looking rifle and Great Job on the Paint!
Thanks.....Plans are to put some type of rubber grip on the handle....not sure what type though..
I am sure that there are some nice wrap around grips out there. I believe Hogue makes a few, Glock models may fit an AR Pistol Grip. Someone may come along and correct or verify me. I have no clue honestly
Yo turtle, can you snap a few pictures of you're bolt handle? It looks different than mine.
Not sure the difference, but if you can tell me what angle you need the pics I will get some taken....
Your Pistol Grip is missing some Lovin' too! Man... what a waste of good space
Your 22 looks mad sweet too! I like Desert Tan almost as much as OD Green!
Hey bro sorry it took me so long to reply...been offline for a minute... its rustoleum specialty non reflective camouflage in desert tan...u can get it at Wally world
I can give a +1 to the Rustoleum!
Did a Savage stock in OD green and black. Held up pretty stinkin' well!
Awesome! I appreciate it. This should give me a nice little project for the weekend.
Wow !! great photo's guy's ..I wanna see more !
All the time and imagination used to dress up our rigs is near endless and great info for us all
..I really like that airsoft suppessor...hummm
Something like this.
On another note. Got a new set up for my flat top. Ditched my knock off eotech (not bright enough in bright daylight, forget it in snow...) for a burris fullfield 3x9 on a QD mount. Having a decent quality optic is nice.
Got my new 715t in and started putting on some additions. Have yet to get to the range to fire and like all others finding extra magazines seems impossible. It is a start and more to come including paint and scope version.
additions: Tactical Foldable Vertical Foregrip Hand Grip w/ 5 Adjustable Positions, Tapco Intrafuse T6 Rubber Butt Pad, UTG Bipod, SWAT/Combat Profile, BLACKHAWK! Single-Point Sling Adapter, NcStar 1X40 Red Dot Sight with Built in Red Laser/Quick Release Weaver Mount.
Thav and Bello..you two are definately "pimping out" the 715s! They look awesome! You are giving me some serious idea what to do with my flat top. Keep us posted, I for one am really enjoying the reports.
I have been lurking for a couple days or so and finally got a chance to snap some pics of my 715t. Have her sitting next to her big sister (Daniel Defense M4 5.56). Hope you guys like. I have about 750 rounds through mine so far.
