...so was the stock sraight forward drop-in, or did it require any bedding?

Put my new kicklite on

Got my new kicklite stock today and got it put on here is a pic. The forend will not work on my gun the slides are mounted right to the forend, will have to do some looking around to find something that will work.

I should say that now you will have to make a choice on what size to buy, or buy both.
I had picked up a longer forearm a while ago.
My action tube on my only 500 (at that time) was 6 1/2".
It would not fit
So I went and bought me an extension nut that made a long forearm work with a short slide tube.
I think I found it on ebay or something like that.

I will go do some internet searching for that piece and post back if I find it.
