With the fact that it's nearly impossible to replace what we shoot, I'm not shooting anything right now.

But then again, we've been saying for years that if they can't get our guns, they'll come after our ammo.

Looks like someone took it to heart.

Ditto. Right now just shooting the breeze, shooting the shit, shooting bull, the occasional shooting someone a moon. Let's see...killing time, killing brain cells, killing two birds with one stone...

I do shoot reusable ammo...namely very expensive arrows. Shoot 'em, pull 'em and shoot 'em again. Bet you can't do that with those regular bullets...argghh....As for the caliber they would be Easton X-10 420's...skinny lil' things, .204".

Really? So far, with the exception of .22lr, I can get my hands on almost anything I shoot at a fairly reasonable price. Many of it is online. But I've shot over 2,000 9mm rounds since March 2013 strictly obtained from my local gun shop at $19.99 a box of 50.

Stag1

.270 WIN
I roll my own on every caliber I own except 22lr, 17hmr and 12 gauge. I learned my lesson well from back in 2008 and stocked up and everything. I wouldn't say I have enough for a life time, but have been able to weather any storm since then.

I like the photo!

I've been wanting to cut down on the number of calibres that I use for a while, but still use;

.22LR, 9mm, 6.5x55, 7.62x51, 7.62x54r,.30-06, .30M1 Carbine, .303, and 12 gauge.

It is just starting to show signs of coming back. Most shelves are still bare or very close to it. Plus the wedding took a big chink out of the back account. So I'll wait a bit longer.

I guess I'm the oddball here. Doesn't anyone else do .22mag or .41mag? :D

Not yet!

Almost picked up a S&W PC 657 in .41mag last year. By the time I made up my mind somebody else got to it before I did...

I'm start'n to see more ammo on the shelves around here as well, at pre-insanity prices too. Isn't getting much better at WalMart or Academy, but some of the smaller spots are getting their hands on some. Stopped by the Barrett's place outside of town yesterday and they've got just about anything you'd need with the exception of .22lr. Had a two sided display with more than a hundred PMags on it too. Don't need any and didn't pick any up, but I almost teared up at the sheer sight of it...
