silver solder comes in a few flavors.
The "weakest" is the 600*, and the better (gun grade) is around 1100*.
The baking process is no more than 350*.
It shouldn't hurt it.
Provided whoever did the work used the right stuff.
For $200, I would expect they knew what they were doing and knew what to use. If not, they'd be doing it over again, the right way anyway.
